Please allow up to 5 working days dispatch time. HiveBeat is a small business and often manufacturers products on demand. We ship orders in the UK and Internationally through DHL. All orders are shipped with express delivery.

UK Orders - 5 working days dispatch time + 1-2 working days delivery.
International Orders - 5 working days dispatch time + 3-6 working days delivery.

Standard Return Policy

‍You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

‍Defective items may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 1 year of receipt with a full refund of your purchase price, including shipping costs under HiveBeat product Warranty.

Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with the cords and documentation that were included when you received it.

Items ineligible for return:

Opened equipment
Modified equipment
Intentionally damaged equipment
Items previously reported as stolen

How to Return an Item for a refund:

To return an item, full out the Contact Form on our website. Make sure to leave your full name, email and telephone number in your message. Once we receive your contact form submission, we will issue you with instructions to return your order.

Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords and documentation that were included when you received it.

Return the item as instructed in the email from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method, and on the order status:

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within seven business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request.

Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you cancelled a purchase before we shipped the item to you, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request.
